From My LJ: This will be the final chance for SME and Kris to reach a mutual agreement. According to the Seoul Central District Court on June 11th, the lawsuit between Kris and SME is in mediation since June 9th. Both parties will enter the process and they will have a chance to come up with solutions that can satisfy mutually both of them for the last time. If things doesn't work out they will proceed with the final trial. Kris filed a lawsuit for his contract termination on May 15th./ PS: I am not sure about "in mediation" i.e the website where I took the news writes so bad that I have to rewrite them. I added "IN" before to "MEDIATION" but maybe was better "ON" or "THE." I don't know what is a/the "mediation" in a trial/before a trial. Sorry.
